By creating an account or using AlertSleep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

AlertSleep is a SaaS platform that provides alerting, on-call scheduling, and incident management tools for teams and businesses. The Service is accessible online via alertsleep.com.

3. Accounts

To use AlertSleep, you must create an account with accurate information, including your name, email address, and billing details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payments

AlertSleep offers paid subscription plans billed on an annual basis, in US dollars. Prices and features for each plan are available on our website. Payment is required in advance via supported payment methods.

Each self-serve plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to start it. When the trial ends, the service stops monitoring until you buy a plan; nothing is charged unless you do. If you buy during the trial, the annual price is charged on the day the trial would have ended, and on each anniversary after that.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for.

5. Refunds

If you change your mind after buying, write to us within 14 days of the first charge and we will refund it in full. Outside that window, refunds are not guaranteed once a billing period has started. 6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process limited personal data (including full name, email address, company details, and billing data) to provide the Service. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse AlertSleep. You may not attempt to access unauthorized areas, interfere with other users, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, and materials within AlertSleep are the property of Codity Patryk Filipiak or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may result in temporary downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy is to stop using AlertSleep.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a harmful manner. Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of AlertSleep after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
